Disciple-making Pathway Team

We are creating a disciple-making culture at Grace CF by building a disciple-making pathway primarily on the framework found in Jeff Vanderstelt's book One Eighty.

We will also incorporate missionary and disciple-making tools from No Place Left (NoPlaceLeft.net and Movements.net).

Definition of a Disciple at Grace:

A disciple is someone who is growing to be and do like Jesus while abiding in Him and leading others to do the same.
